Instructions for use acid trays ZB-series.
These trays are made of 5 mm thick, highly impact resistant
PVC. The four sides are welded. In spite of the resistant material,
these trays must be treated carefully. Especially when the tray
contains acid, precaution must be considered. The tray must be
secured in such a way that a sudden shock cannot sause a spillage of
the acid over de edges. A stable table is needed to take care of
this. It is even better to make a construction around the acid
tray..
These trays can of course also be used as water trays. The bottom
side is fitted with a tap. (Approximately 10 cm (4") from a corner).
The tap is made of a special sort of plastic (HPDE) and acid
resistant. The tap has an outlet that can easily be attached to a
draining hose. (inside diameter of hose 0,5" 12mm). We recommend to
drain, after use, the acid out of the tray into a jerry-can..
